Meet Jodie Sallie
Owner / Director of Property Reports Perth
My name is Jodie Sallie and I am the Owner and Director of Property Reports Perth. I’ve spent my entire career in the real estate industry in Perth and it’s something I’m truly passionate about.
I began my career as a Property Manager working with a range of real estate agencies across Perth’s southern and northern suburbs for 13 years. After having my children, I decided to take my experience and passion in a new direction and established my own business. That was 19 years ago and since then I’ve been providing Property Condition Reports (PCRs), Final Bond Inspections and Routine Inspections for real estate agencies and private landlords throughout the Perth metropolitan area.
Over the years I’ve built strong, long term relationships with my clients and earned a reputation for attention to detail and reliable, high quality property inspection reports. Many of my clients have been with me for years because they know every report I produce is thorough, consistent and easy to understand.
I’ve always believed there are no shortcuts when it comes to producing detailed and accurate Property Condition Reports. I complete my reports using my own experience, knowledge and eye for detail rather than relying on automated report writing systems. While I do utilise secure digital platforms when required to upload completed PCRs and photographs for clients the inspection process and reporting itself remains hands on, detailed and personally reviewed to ensure the highest standard is maintained.
